My name is Iris Green, I am a gluten free and plant based chef, cookbook author, and nutrition activist. It is my desire to make plant based nutrition education and information on modified diets (gluten free, dairy free, allergy restricted) easily accessible and affordable.
Many people view vegan and gluten free diets as a privilege of the wealthy and yet so many would find physical and emotional benefits for not only their children but their entire family.
